Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Clean Room Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of clean room environments across various industries, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and semiconductors. The ideal candidate will bring extensive knowledge of clean room standards, HVAC systems, air handling, filtration, and contamination control to ensure that projects meet regulatory and operational requirements. This role requires strong leadership, project management, and technical skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution. Key Responsibilities: ● Design and Development: Lead the architectural design of clean room environments, ensuring compliance with ISO 14644 and GMP standards for clean rooms. ● Project Management: Oversee all aspects of clean room projects from conceptualization to completion, including scope definition, budget management, timeline adherence, and resource allocation. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, construction, operations, and procurement teams to ensure the successful execution of clean room projects. ● Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all designs and operations comply with local, national, and international standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP). ● HVAC and Filtration Systems: Design and implement HVAC systems, HEPA filtration, and other contamination control measures to maintain strict environmental conditions within the clean room. ● Vendor Management: Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to source appropriate materials, manage construction processes, and ensure timely project delivery. ● Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to contamination control and operational failures and develop mitigation strategies. ● Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to optimize clean room performance, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. ● Training and Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects, engineers, and other team members. Qualifications: ● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. ● Minimum 8+ years of experience in clean room design, with a proven track record of managing large-scale clean room projects. ● Strong understanding of ISO 14644, GMP, and other relevant clean room standards. ● Experience with HVAC systems, air handling, filtration, and contamination control technologies. ● Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. ● Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams. ● Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other architectural design software. ● Certification in LEED, PMP, or relevant project management certification is a plus.
