Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
2. Develop and maintain reports/dashboards to track sales performance across products, regions, and customer segments.
3. Identify key drivers of sales and create models to predict future sales trends.
4. Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data from various sources (Respective Zonal sales managers and Sales co-ordinators) to better understand customer behavior, preferences, and market dynamics.
5. Work closely with the sales team to develop accurate sales forecasts and align business strategies based on historical data.
6. Develop and automate sales reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
7. Present data findings through visualizations and reports that are easy to understand and actionable for sales and leadership teams.
8. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of sales data across systems and processes.
9. Collaborate with IT teams to implement data governance processes and improve data collection systems.
10. Work with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, IT) to integrate data insights into business strategies.
11. Assist the sales team in understanding data tools and reports, ensuring they can leverage insights effectively
Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, R, Python).
o Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
o Strong statistical and quantitative analysis skills.
