Job Summary:
The General Manager (Civil) will be responsible for managing all constructions related project which include Industrial, Residential and Commercial sector as well as managing the maintenance of existing factories and buildings. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex projects from inception to completion, with a proven track record in handling diverse project portfolios. Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree / Master Degree in Civil Engineering. Having MBA Degree will be considered as an additional ground for selection.
• Experience: Minimum 18 years of experience in Civil Engineering across various sectors with strong background in industrial, residential, and commercial construction.

o Proven leadership and team management abilities.
