Job overview:Litigation Manager is responsible for all suits, disputes, police matters, recovery proceedings and other court matters. duties include briefing counsels, follow up on cases, and providing guidance to company representatives for court appearances. Additionally, conduct research on legal issues related to ongoing cases. Roles & Responsibilities: -·Draft and vet Legal Notices, Writ Petition, SLP, Suits, disputes, Police matters, recovery proceedings and other cases etc.·Briefing the external counsels, follow ups and coordinate with the external counsels.·Maintain a tracker of all litigations, analyse and report trends of litigation prevention;·Review of the progress of litigations with team and also with business operations team;·Analyse legal risk and cost; Guidance on action plan and course of action for the speedy disposal; Advice management on mitigation strategies;·To strategize, plan, initiate and defend the legal action before the judicial, quasi-judicial Authorities, tribunals, labour courts, Consumer forums and Administrative bodies etc. Offering such other legal support as may be required by the Management / organization. Key Skills Required:·Ms-Word and Web search.·Mandatory - Real estate experience.·Candidate should know to speak, Read and write Kannada
