More women in leadership positions will play critical role in the success of their organisations, says a report.
"Fifty four per cent of HR professionals have responded that more women in leadership roles will be a critical success factor for organisations," human resource service provider Randstad said in its report "Talent Trends Report-HR Game Changers".
The study for the report was undertaken across senior Human Resource personnel in various industries operating in manufacturing, IT and telecommunication, financial services, construction, healthcare, transport and logistic sectors.
