According to the latest Randstad's Workmonitor survey, 75% of respondents in India mentioned that they feel technology makes society less humane. The survey which revealed findings on the consumption of technology and the criticality of having a seamless balance of 'tech' and 'touch' at the workplace today, also showed that more women than men believe it is making the society "less humane".
"While keeping up with technology is imperative in today's business environment, corporates must ensure that this does not replace human interaction,” Moorthy K Uppaluri, MD & CEO, Randstad India said.
