Representative plays a key role enabling HR business processes and drives a best in class Employee
Experience.
The candidate will act as Subject matter expert for Total Rewards inquiries, and acts as the subject
matter expert on end-to-end processes, anticipates patterns and links across HR disciplines, and
looks beyond the immediate problem to the wider implications. The candidate will follow-up on
monthly TR processes such as data providing to Payroll and TR vendors.
Job Expectations
Responsibilities:
Provide consulting and support for all assigned inquiries regarding Compensation and
Benefit (C&B) programs, typically on a regional level.
Handling HR inquiries (via phone, digital communication), identifying and delivering
solutions to employees and People leaders.
Ensure high levels of customer service to employees.
Assist in EMEAI C&B and cross discipline projects.
Engages in maintaining documentation of operating policies, guidelines, and procedures.
Ensuring accurate and timely payments to our TR vendors.
Perform activities according to the Dow internal framework including internal and external
audits.
Continuously improves processes for efficiency and service.
Create and maintain (compliance of) documentation of work processes, guidelines, and
procedures.
Qualifications
Education
A minimum of a Bachelor degree in a related field (HR, Finance, Economics)General BusinessExperience
Experience in the C&B field or HR or Finance administration is desirable.
>3 years of working experience.
Ability to effectively work through other people and be collaborative, cross-functional and
diplomatic.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency in a
highly dynamic environment.
Other Qualifications
Fluency in English
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel is required
Experience with process automation tools such as Power Apps and Power Automate is an
asset.
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, or other HRIT systems.
Strong analytical, innovative and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to work with complexity
Works independently, is self-motivated and accountable
Ability to work towards tight deadlines
