Experience of working directly with local governments and supporting them on project
design and implementation aspects for urban infrastructure projects is required.
Has in-depth knowledge of the prevailing national and state level technical design
guidelines, service level benchmarks and codes/standards.
Regional experience of working in Kerala will also be preferred.
Has experience of working in development projects funded projects by multilateral
agencies such as World Bank, ADB, among others.
Regional language speaking, reading, and writing skills are required.
