1. Identifying/partnering with new retailers as per plan in the allocated territory.
2. Completing daily calls as per the beat plan, generating orders through sales software &
collection of payments, if any.
3. Range selling, Merchandising & Stock rotation.

4. Continuously meeting retailers, exceeding targets by persuading retailers by acquiring space
for display & branding to highlight the product, offers & schemes.
5. Understanding of competitor’s activity with respect to price, product, offers & promotions in
the market.
6. Continuous up gradation of product knowledge, new products, schemes & credit terms.
7. Ensuring good territory coverage, developing new accounts, while maintaining and
strengthening the relationship with the existing customers through continuous connect.
8. Daily reporting to Sales officer (SO) with respect to retailer visits & order bookings.
9. Relationship management with retailers & distributors.Qualification: Higher Secondary & Above
Industry background: FMCG (snacks/namkeen (preferred)
Location: All gujarat
Experience: 1-3 years
Package: CTC + Allowances (Rs.150/day)+ Incentives (As per Co. norms)
Must have’s: Two wheeler with valid Driving license.
Skills: Decent communication skills & Basic Math.
